Everybody has a different pain tolerance therefore everyone has a different opinion of whether or not it hurts. Typically it is described as being uncomfortable rather than painful, however we do our utmost to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your treatment and apply topical anaesthetic during the treatment so you will find the treatment as pain-free as possible.
Micro-blading is something that somebody of all ages (over 18) and all skin types can have. Depending on your desired look, your treatment can be adapted to help you achieve your desired brows. If you have had your brows micro-bladed/tattooed previously, then there is a possibility that they may still be suitable for micro blading however the best way to get clarification as to whether or not you are a suitable candidate for micro blading is to book a consultation and then the brows you currently have can be assessed thoroughly.
The overall procedure will take approximately 2 hours to complete our Bolton beauty clinic. Once the desired look has been established, the perfect stencil will be created for each individual’s face shape. Once you are satisfied, we will begin the procedure.
During the healing process the area goes through different stages throughout a 4 week period. More detailed information will be given with the aftercare advice from your micro blading technician during your visit at the Bolton micro blading clinic.
Micro blading pigment does not last as long as traditional tattooing as it does not go as deep into the skin, therefore over time it gradually fades. Depending on your skin type it will typically last between 9 months to a year before requiring re-micro blading. .
